Faces Of Trinity Woods

David Fulcher serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Milwaukee Catholic and will lead the management team at Trinity Woods.  Dave has been a leader in the field of aging services on a regional and national level for over two decades. Early in his career, Dave served as President and CEO of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin for 11 years, providing leadership for two mini-continuums of care totaling 300 units  and serving as a developer for other faith-based communities throughout the Midwest.   Dave also served as Executive Director of the National Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, an organization of over 400 Presbyterian communities nationwide.  This experience helped guide his career into a development and strategic planning role with Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC), where he served in master plan facilitation, project development and operational review roles for a multitude of continuing care communities throughout the United States.  Since Dave accepted the role of CEO at Milwaukee Catholic Home in 2010, he has guided MCH through major renovations of the Milwaukee Catholic Home campus, the celebration of the organization’s 100 Year Anniversary, and the completion of a new strategic plan.  Dave is a member of the Rotary Club, Legatus, the Catholic Professionals Forum, and St. Sebastian Parish.  He also serves on the Board of Leading Age Wisconsin.  Dave and his wife Chris live in Wauwatosa, WI with their two children.

 

Katie Grant, Chief Clinical Officer, has served in a leadership role in long term care for nearly 30 years. Katie serves as a clinical consultant, providing support to interdisciplinary clinical teams at Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods, Queen of Peace Friary, Our Lady of the Angels and other senior communities. Katie is certified as a CPR instructor through American Red Cross, a Nurse Aide Primary Training Instructor through the State of Wisconsin and a CBRF Trainer through the State of Wisconsin. Katie is a member of LeadingAge Wisconsin, Long Term Care Nursing Administration Group and Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council. Katie volunteers at her parish, St. Dominic’s, in Brookfield. Katie and her husband, Scott, live in Menomonee Falls with their two children.

 

 

 

Kristin Wood, Campus Administrator, has served in a leadership role in Senior Healthcare for over 5 years. In that time Kristin has managed the day-to-day operations of an Assisted Living and Memory Care community working closely with management, residents, and families. Kristin has a current Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) license through the State of Wisconsin.  In her free time, Kristin enjoys photography, reading, going up north and spending time with family and friends.  Kristin lives in Mequon and has two sons who are currently attending college in Lacrosse.

 

 

 

 

Maureen Robinson, Housing Advisor, has a rich history of working within Senior Housing Communities for over 25 years.  In that time, she has met with countless older adults and their families serving as a resource as they navigate housing options. While growing up in Western New York, Maureen spent much of her childhood visiting with older family members on Sunday afternoons, listening to their stories.  Out of this grew a passion to listen and learn what is most important to you in moving forward to your new best life.  The bonus is that every day seems like a Sunday afternoon. Maureen keeps busy with 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 19 months to 19 years old.  Babysitting and ballgames are favorite pastimes.  She also enjoys Bible Study, quilting, and knitting. Carly Steger, Director of Life Engagement, has worked in senior healthcare for over 10 years in a variety of different roles. Carly started her career working with older adults as a volunteer and has a passion for serving this population. Carly holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount Mary University in Art Therapy. She keeps busy renovating her recently purchased home with her boyfriend in Milwaukee where they live with their two cats.
