Current Job Openings (as of Wednesday, May 4, 2022):

Registered Nurse (in-house pool): Provides general nursing care within the organization, utilizing the nursing process, philosophy and objectives of the facility and the Nursing Department within the scope of gerontological nursing. this position may also act as the Charge Nurse. Associate’s Degree and a minimum of six (6) months experience as a registered nurse required. Experience in a long-term care settng preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, including current licensure by the State of Wisconsin. This position offers flexibility in your schedule.

Landscaper/Maintenance Technician (full-time): This individual will work with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are well maintained inside and outside, safe and secure. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve various types of landscape and mechanical issue. Must be able to perform physical activities and be on feet for long periods of time. Previous hands-on landscaping skills preferred.

Lead Server (full-time): Focuses on excellent customer service while supervising and performing a variety of food serving, preparation, and cleaning duties in the facility. They will supervise as well as perform wait staff duties as needed, prepare various salads and dessert items, work in the dish room, reset dining room, and complete cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This position communicates directly with the VP of Hospitality and Culinary Services with regards to scheduling, training and hiring and all HR documentation with regards to waitstaff. Highschool education required.

Housekeeper (full-time): Responsible for the quality cleaning of resident apartments and other areas with in the facility. This position is first shift, hours are 6:30am – 3:00pm, including everyother weekend. Must be able to push/pull pbjects more that 50 pounds. Previous housekeeping excperience preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNAs needed and strongly encouraged to apply. Caregiver (part-time): Provides direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s plan of care.  They work under the guidance and direction of an R.N. or L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents, help the unit function smoothly, observe and collect data, and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents. High school education or GED required and prior experience as a Caregiver in a long-term care facility preferred.

Guest Services (part-time & in-house pool): Provides customer service functions at the front reception desk, including answering phone calls and directing callers, greeting and directing visitors and providing oversight of all residents, visitors, guests, volunteers.  The Front Desk Receptionist also functions as center of communication in the event of emergency. They will perform other functions as needed according to building/department needs. 2nd and 3rd shifts available; 4:30pm – 10:00pm and 10:00pm – 8:00am. High school education required. Customer service or receptionist experience; preferably in a fast-paced environment utilizing a multi-line phone system preferred.

Lead Cook (full-time): Responsible for the planning and production of high-quality foods for staff and guests. The lead cook ensures that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature, discuss menus, supplies and utilization of leftovers with supervisor. One (1) year experience cooking in a long-term care facility or restaurant setting. Associate degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience preferred. Shift hours are 11:00am – 7:30pm, including every other weekend & holiday.

Rounds Cook (full-time): Responsible for the production of high quality foods for staff and guests. Prepares and cooks/bakes food for the organization’s residents and employees by following standardized recipes. The cook ensures that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature, discuss menus, supplies and utilization of leftovers with supervisor. Associate Degree preferred and one (1) year experience cooking in a high-quality culinary environment Shift hours are 10:30am – 7:00pm, including every other weekend and holiday.

Food Service Server (part-time & full-time): Clean, prepare, and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and/or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment, and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion. Previous customer service and serving experience require. Shifts are Monday through Saturday 4-8pm and Sundays 10-3pm, every other weekend and holiday required. Flexible scheduling available.

Maintenance Technician (full-time):  Works with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe and secure. This position completes daily and routine maintenance work orders throughout the campus. Must be able to perform physical activity and be on feet for long periods of time and have hands-on experience of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry trades. Requires high school diploma or equivalency and excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written). Healthcare experience preferred.

Utility Worker (part-time & full-time): Work with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are clean, well maintained, safe and secure. Must be flexible working between our Milwaukee and our new facility Trinity Woods in Wauwatosa. High school diploma or equivalency required and a. at least one-year hands-on experience with floor care (vacuum, mopping, extraction of carpets).
