Current Job Openings (as of Friday, November 4th):  

Life Engagement Director (full-time): Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, staffing and assessment of Trinity Woods programs and events. Recruit, organize and manage volunteers. All programming reflects the Trinity Woods philosophy of service which includes the Five Pillars of Whole Person Wellness: social engagement, cognitive health, physical health, nutrition and spiritual wellness. Requires a four year college Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and six to twelve months related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Assisted Living Administrator (full-time): Responsible for the operations of 90 senior apartments and 52 private residences for retired religious sisters. This intergenerational community is situated directly adjacent to the Mount Mary University campus and their management team oversees 24 units of student housing and an 85,000 sq foot leased area for early childhood development (Wauwatosa Day Care). The four components of this community are tires together through rich experiences shared in the large town center and beautiful outdoor amenity spaces. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for customer service. Requires 3-5 years related experience and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work or related healthcare field or be a graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program and have a current license issued by the State of Wisconsin. 

Rounds Cook (full-time): Responsible for the production of high quality foods for staff and guests. Prepares and cooks/bakes food for the organization’s residents and employees by following standardized recipes. The cook ensures that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature, discuss menus, supplies and utilization of leftovers with supervisor. Associate Degree preferred and one (1) year experience cooking in a high-quality culinary environment Shift hours are 10:30am – 7:00pm, including every other weekend and holiday.

Food Service Server (part-time & full-time): Clean, prepare, and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and/or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment, and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion. Previous customer service and serving experience require. Shifts are Monday through Saturday 4-8pm and Sundays 10-3pm, every other weekend and holiday required. Flexible scheduling available.

Utility Worker (part-time & full-time): Work with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are clean, well maintained, safe and secure. Must be flexible working between our Milwaukee and our new facility Trinity Woods in Wauwatosa. High school diploma or equivalency required and a. at least one-year hands-on experience with floor care (vacuum, mopping, extraction of carpets).

Maintenance Technician (full-time): Works with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe and secure. This position completes daily and routine maintenance work orders throughout the campus. Must be able to perform physical activity and be on feet for long periods of time and have hands-on experience of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry trades. Requires high school diploma or equivalency and excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written). Healthcare experience preferred.
